Our History
Carolyn Ridenour co-founded Creative Media Services, Inc. in 2001. The firm was established in the Business Center of Decatur, Decatur, Illinois, developing relationships with its first clients only weeks before the demise of the World Trade Center. CMS endured the, bleak, outlook prognosticated for new business start-up throughout the country. By 2003, Carolyn was the sole owner of CMS, building positive working relationships with local and regional businesses.
CMS’s growing number of clients led to an increase in staff and services, and by 2008, the award-winning company had outgrown its office space. In May 2009, CMS relocated to the Millikin Court Building in downtown Decatur, Illinois. CMS continues to run strong in its continual efforts to form partnership.
